Support Naisha's Fight for Workplace Religious Freedom

In July 2022, Naisha Chinnery, a devoted Christian, faced a heartbreaking setback when Kaiser Foundation Health Plan rescinded her job offer after she sought a religious accommodation for the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Naisha had been hired as an Assistant at the Hearing Center in Falls Church, Virginia, but her deeply held beliefs about the sanctity of her body as a temple of the Holy Spirit led her to request an exemption from the vaccine mandate. Despite her sincerity, Kaiser denied her request, questioning her faith and ultimately forcing her to choose between her beliefs and her job.

Naisha’s legal battle isn’t just about her—it’s about defending the fundamental right to religious freedom. She is standing up for her right under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which protects individuals from being discriminated against based on their religious beliefs. Her case, now in federal court in Virginia, could set a precedent for others facing similar challenges in the workplace.

Naisha needs our help to continue this fight. Legal battles like hers are costly, and we’re raising funds to cover the attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses necessary to bring her case to justice. By supporting Naisha’s campaign, you are standing with her in defending religious liberty—ensuring that no one is forced to compromise their faith for a job.

Every donation, whether big or small, will make a significant impact. Let’s come together to support Naisha and her courageous stand for religious freedom.

Please donate, share, and spread the word. Together, we can help Naisha in her fight for justice!
