Help Tim Defend Religious Freedom At Medical Care Facilities

In January 2021, Timothy Cristian, a Nursing Home Administrator at Charlottesville Health and Rehabilitation Center, faced an impossible choice: comply with his employer's COVID-19 vaccine mandate or stay true to his deeply held Christian beliefs. Despite his sincere request for a religious accommodation, his employer, Medical Facilities of America (MFA), denied his request and ultimately terminated him. Now, Timothy is engaged in a legal battle, asserting that his rights under the Virginia Human Rights Act were violated.

Timothy's case is about more than just his job—it’s about defending the right to practice one’s faith freely without fear of retaliation. He is standing up against religious discrimination and for the rights of all workers to make medical decisions in line with their personal beliefs. However, legal battles are expensive, and Timothy needs help to cover attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses.

We’re raising funds to help Timothy continue this important fight for religious freedom. Your support—whether big or small—will not only help him but also send a message that no one should be forced to choose between their faith and their livelihood. By donating, you are standing with Timothy and supporting the protection of religious freedom in the workplace.

Please donate and share Timothy's story. Together, we can make a difference in this crucial fight for justice. Thank you for your generosity!
